Angel

<p>(Greek, <em>angelos</em>, 'messenger'), in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, an immortal being or spirit, the attendant or messenger of God, and usually depicted in human form, with wings.</p> <p>In Jewish and Christian belief angels are regarded as intermediate between God and man.
